General access rights
These access rights control access to basic actions. Most users have access to these access rights.
Assignment access rights

Assign to | Allows users to assign or objects to themselves or other users. Users without this access right cannot assign or unassign objects. |

ManageWorklists | Allows a user to create worklists and to add or remove objects and
members. Users without this access right can only view and work within the worklists they are a member of. |

AddToDictionaryJob | Allows a user to add words to the dictionaries used by the
Spellchecker. These dictionaries are found in the
dicts folder of the system configuration.
Users without this access right can still use the Spellchecker, but they cannot add any new words to the dictionaries. |

ApplyLabels | Allows a user to add existing labels from a configured list to objects
and to remove labels from objects. Users without this access right cannot add or remove labels on objects. |

Change Status | Allows a user to change the status of objects. Users without this access right cannot change the status of objects. |

Clone | Allows a user to clone objects. A clone is an exact copy of the
object. In DRM environments, the clone is created in the same
branches as the original. Users without this access right cannot clone objects. |

Delete | Allows a user to delete objects, which moves them to the Deleted
cycle. Users without this access right cannot delete objects. |

EditLabels | Allows a user to add, edit, or delete labels in the master list. This
option provides GUI access to the list of labels in the
userproperties.xml configuration file. Users without this access right cannot manage labels in the master list. |

Edit Variables | Allows a user to insert existing variables (key definitions) from a
configured list into the currently locked map. This list is the

ImportImage | In CCMS Desktop, allows a

Lock | Allows a user to lock (edit) objects. Note there is no Edit access
right. The Lock access right serves that purpose. Users without this access right can open and view objects, but they cannot make any changes to them. |
