Check who approved or rejected

You can check who approved or rejected an Approval on several different pages, such as your My Assignments page, Favorites side panel, or Worklists side panel.

  1. Find the Approval that you want to check.
    Note: On pages that have a Dynamic Grid (such as the My Assignments page), you can see how many reviewers approved or rejected the Approval in the Approved/ Rejected column.
  2. Depending on the page you are on, click Information icon in one of the following places.

    Pages with a Dynamic Grid Information icon is in the Approved/ Rejected column.
    Other views and pages Information icon is beside Approved or Rejected. You might also need to expand the row for the Approval by clicking on it.
    Note: Information icon does not appear beside Approved or Rejected until at least one reviewer approves or rejects the Approval.
A pop-up appears. It lists which reviewers approved or rejected.
