CCMS Desktop software requirements

Any workstation that you want to install IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop on must meet these requirements:

• Versions of Oxygen XML Editor supported:
  • Recommended version: Oxygen 24.0
    Note: More recent versions might work, but IXIASOFT cannot guarantee their compatibility.
  • Minimum version: Oxygen 21.0
• Eclipse 4.7.3 64-bit (uses the eclipse-4.7.3_win32_x86_64_6.x.x.zip package available from the IXIASOFT download website)
• Java® 1.8.172 64-bit (included the Eclipse package)
• Versions of OS supported:
  • For local install:
    • Windows® 11 64-bit version (recommended)
    • Windows 10 64-bit (recommended)
    • Windows 8.1 64-bit
    • Windows 8 64-bit
    • Windows 7 64-bit
  • For remote solutions (RDP or Citrix):
    • Windows Server® 2016 64-bit (recommended)
    • Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit
    • Windows Server 2012 64-bit
    • Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit
  • For macOS®:
    Important: Big Sur® (version 11) and later versions are not supported.
    • Catalina® (version 10.15) ( recommended)
    • Mojave® (version 10.14)
    • High Sierra® (version 10.13)
