Updating CCMS Desktop

Service packs for IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop contain a new set of dropins for the base Eclipse packages to fix issues. Update the dropins to install the service pack updates.

For a service pack, you do not need to update the Eclipse package, Java version, or Oxygen version unless specifically mentioned in the Release Notes.

Important: You must upgrade the IXIASOFT plugins for each Eclipse instance that you have in your deployment. Repeat the procedure in Upgrading the IXIASOFT plugins as required.
