This chapter describes the Output Generator process.
The Output Generator is the component that executes the transformation processes from DITA files to a specified output type, such as PDF, HTML, XML, CHM, etc.
IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator is the component that executes the transformation processes, which transform content in DITA files to a specified output type, such as PDF, HTML, XML, or CHM.
IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator calls the DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT) in the same way as the DITA-OT dita command and passes a build.bat (Windows) / build.sh (Linux) file and a properties file.
