Export the Dynamic Release Management tree view

You can export the Dynamic Release Management tree view to a tab-separated-value (TSV) file.

You can export:
  • The Product tree view
  • The Library tree view
  • Both views
To export the tree view:
  1. In the IXIASOFT Dynamic Release Management view, click the Export DRM Information button () in the view toolbar.
  2. Choose one of the following:
    • To export the Product tree view, select Export Product.
    • To export the Library tree view, select Export Library.
    • To export both, select Export All.
    The Save As dialog is displayed.
  3. Select the location and name of the exported file and click Save.
Note: If you need to export the DRM Structure from one docbase and import it into another, you can contact IXIASOFT Customer Supportabout a plugin, called "DRM Structure Synchronizer." It eliminates the need to manually create the DRM structure in the second docbase. For example, it can reduce the work required to keep a test and prod environment in sync.
