How can I use a hazard symbol in a topic?

You can insert an image to use as a hazard symbol.

Description

If I insert the image using the right-click Oxygen Editor > Insert Image menu option, I get an error releasing my topic.

Solution

  1. Import the hazard image.
  2. In the Search Results view, right-click the image.
  3. Click Copy > Copy Reference.
  4. In your locked topic where you want to insert the hazard symbol, insert an <image> element.
  5. Right-click the <image> element.
  6. Click Edit Attributes.
  7. In the Name drop-down list, select href.
  8. In the Value field, paste the copied reference value.
