CCMS Desktop hardware requirements

The requirements for IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop are related to the needs of the Eclipse platform.

The recommendations are as follows:

  • Can vary depending on other tasks running on the machine

  • On a local machine: two cores per machine
  • If using CITRIX or RDP: four cores per 25 users on the server
  • Can vary depending on other tasks running on the machine
Disk 5 GB of free disk space per session

Each session is an instance of CCMS Desktop. For example, you have two sessions if you open one instance of CCMS Desktop that is connected to a Production environment and another instance of CCMS Desktop connected to a Test environment.
