Modify import.properties to ease the importing of content with keys

You can change a properties file to allow you to import topics without having keys pre-defined.

1. In the TEXTML Administration perspective, connect to your server.
2. Locate the import.properties file in the repository's /system/conf collection.
3. Right-click the file and select Check Out. Open the file in a text editor.
4. Add the following:

   NOT_VALIDATE_KEY=true

5. Save, close, and check in the import.properties file.
6. Inform users of the changes.
   The changes will be applied automatically once users close and then reopen their IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop. Users can also apply the changes without restarting their CCMS Desktop by clicking IXIASOFT CCMS > Synchronize Configuration.
