User Management
The User Management functions enable an administrator to change the access privileges for users of IXIASOFT CCMS Web.
Duplicate users
CCMS Web checks for duplicate users when CCMS Web Server starts and on configuration refreshs. It uses the following criteria to determine if there are duplicate users:
- Users with the same domain and login
- Active users with the same email address
If any duplicate users are found, CCMS Web disables both of the users, and an error message indicates there are duplicates. The duplication should be investigated and resolved.
