IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler is server-side application that schedules and executes jobs such as sending notifications, creating activity reports, etc.

It executes scheduled tasks such as pre-generating output, reminding users that they have active documents or that one or more actions are required on their part, creating activity reports, etc.

CCMS Scheduler is like a task scheduler (Windows) or cron daemon (Linux). It checks at scheduled intervals if there are events to process. The events are stored in the Content Store.
