Move a Collaborative Review

When reviewers are finished annotating the content within a Collaborative Review, they can let writers know that they are finished.

Writers can see how many reviewers for a Collaborative Review say they are finished. Writers can then see when the review is done and content is ready for the next stage of the workflow.

Note: When you say you are finished, the Collaborative review disappears from My Assignments page. You cannot access the Collaborative review anymore nor see replies to your annotations. However, the writer can send the Collaborative Review back to you, which lets you see and work on it again.

To say you are finished with a Collaborative Review:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • From the My Assignments page, click Move icon.
    • On the Collaborative Review page, click Move.
  2. In the Move dialog, click the Mark assignment as finished toggle switch.
  3. Click Move.

The Collaborative Review disappears from your My Assignments page.
