Upgrading CCMS Web

To use the latest version of IXIASOFT CCMS Web, you must download it and install it.

Note: You must upgrade CCMS Web because the Web Installer for CCMS Web installs important mandatory configuration changes.

Installing Java

You do not need to change or install Java on the server running CCMS Web. CCMS Web uses a local JDK that comes with the installation package, and it runs independently of what is installed on the server.
