Why is CCMS Web not using my advanced user custom framework?

A rule for your company public ID might be interfering with the framework selection.

Description

The IXIASOFT CCMS framework adds an additional Java class matching rule to all of the rules, with either the LiteUserFrameworkMatcher or AdvancedUserFrameworkMatcher classes. This class determines which framework is a match for the document that is opened. If the Java class is missing for the rule you added, both frameworks would match all the time and Oxygen will select the first one, which may not be the advanced user framework.

Solution

In the Oxygen Document Type Association rules, remove any company public IDs in your framework.
