In our Citrix environment, if a user leaves a document locked for more than 24 hours,IXIASOFT CCMS shows it as locked by the same user on another computer.

Solution

In your IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop installation folder, rename citrix.txt.orig to citrix.txt.
