Object icons

In IXIASOFT CCMS Web, different types of icons appear on the My Assignments page. These icons visually signal the types of objects assigned to you and their workflow state.

There are different icons for each type of object in CCMS Web, and some of these icons have variant forms to show the different states of the object.

For example, in most cases you will find topics are unlocked and available. But some topics that have been assigned to you may be locked by others. And if you lock a topic, its icon changes to have a small lock symbol, which shows it is locked by you.

In contrast, some objects do not have a locked state, such as a Collaborative Review. These objects are always available to view and edit.

	Approval	An Approval is assigned to you.
	Collaborative Review	A Collaborative Review is assigned to you.
	Image	An image added as a read-only resource.
	Map	A map is assigned to you.
	Map, unavailable	The assigned map cannot be checked out by you at the moment.
	Map, locked	The assigned map is checked out by you.
	Resource	A file added as a read-only resource that cannot be edited.
	Topic	A topic is assigned to you.
	Topic, unavailable	The assigned topic cannot be checked out by you at the moment.
	Topic, locked	The assigned topic is checked out by you.
