Connect to CCMS Web in a dedicated SaaS deployment with SSO

When SSO is implemented with IXIASOFT CCMS, connecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Web involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using your common credentials.

1. In a web browser, enter the URL for CCMS Web.
   For example, enter https//:company-ccms.ixiasoft.net/ixiasoft-ccms where company is the name of your organization.

   If you already logged in to your company's identity provider, the My Assignments page appears automatically.

2. If you are not already logged in to your company's identity provider, click Your Authentication Server and log in using your common corporate credentials.
   Even if you have a password for CCMS Desktop, do not use it for CCMS Web.
