When your password expires in a dedicated SaaS deployment, you can change
it by using the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page.
If SSO is implemented with IXIASOFT CCMS, this procedure applies only to passwords for
CCMS Desktop because passwords for
CCMS Web are managed by your company's
identity provider.

Change the password in remote desktop:

In a web browser, go to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page for your installation.
For example, enter https://company-ccms.ixiasoft.net/ where company is the name of your
organization.

Click Change
password.

Enter your domain\username where domain either uses the format company-ccms or
is a domain specified by your company.

Enter your current password, which is specific to
IXIASOFT CCMS.

Enter your new password twice.

Click Sign
in.

If you cannot remember your current password, ask your
administrator to contact IXIASOFT Customer Support to request
a password reset.

Verify the change by logging in to IXIASOFT CCMS.
