Synchronize image thumbnails

This procedure copies existing image thumbnails onto your local hard drive.

You must synchronize image thumbnails if you want to enable thumbnail display in the Search Results, Todo List, or any other view.

  1. From the Window menu, select Preferences.
    The Preferences dialog opens.
  2. Select IXIASOFT CCMS > General Behavior.
    The General Behavior pane appears.
  3. Select Synchronize Image Thumbnails.
    Note: If the Synchronize Image Thumbnails is greyed out, this indicates that this option was disabled by your CMS Administrator.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click OK.
You can now enable thumbnail previews.
