Reporting documentation problems
When reporting documentation issues such as errors or missing information, provide a link to the topic and explain the issue.
Note: This applies equally to both On-Premise and Hosted deployments.
Include the following information in the OTRS ticket:
- Provide a URL to the topic on the documentation website.
- Explain what the error is or what content is missing.
- Provide links to the language specification (for example, OASIS DITA 1.3 specification) or third-party documentation, if applicable.
