Introduction

Once the IXIASOFT TEXTML Server and IXIASOFT CCMS components are installed and running, the deployment will require someone to perform regular maintenance tasks or coordinate with the company's IT department to ensure that these tasks are done.

This document provides some recommended practices for maintaining the deployment as well as describes how to perform these tasks.
