Maps provide structure to documents. Editing a map provides the means to add or change the structure of a document.

Maps provide structure to documents. Editing a map provides the means to add or change the structure of a document.

  Topic titles can be renamed from within a topic, and in certain circumstances, within a map.
- Moving a topic within a map
  To re-arrange existing topics within a map, move them by dragging and dropping them where you want them to go.
- Moving a topic to the appendices
  When there are topics containing reference information that you want to place at the end of a publication, move them to the appendices.

Changing the map title

To change the existing map title, click the pencil icon. A dialog will appear enabling you to change the title.

When finished, click Edit to save the change, or click Cancel.
