Workflow state icons

An overview of the workflow state icons and their meanings.

Within the IXIASOFT CCMS Web icons representing the types of content objects and their workflow state are reflected on the left-side of the My Assignments display. In most cases you will find that the default state for topics and maps assigned to you are in an editable state. In some cases, topics or maps that have been assigned to you may still be locked and being actively worked on by others. In those cases, the icons will reflect that state with a small lock symbol, and cannot be worked on by you until they have been released. When you are assigned to a collaborative review, you are always able to view and edit its contents.

Topic unavailable Topic, unavailable The assigned topic cannot be checked out by you at the moment.
Topic locked Topic, locked The assigned topic is checked out by you.
Map icon Map A map is assigned to you.
Map, unavailable Map, unavailable The assigned map cannot be checked out by you at the moment.
Map, locked Map, locked The assigned map is checked out by you.
Collaborative Review icon Collaborative Review A Collaborative Review is assigned to you.
