Approvals changing status

The default behavior of an Approval is that it does not change to Approved unless all users assigned to review it have approved it.

If one user assigned to the Approval rejects it, the approval changes to Rejected and any other users assigned to the Approval will not see it in their assignments. One rejection ends the review cycle and returns the Approval to the technical writer.

Note: This is the default behavior for Approval objects. Your company may configure Approvals to behave differently. For example, the Approval might change to Approved if a majority of the users assigned approve it.
