This interface provides access to additional functions, including the ability to view and edit content, sort your assignments, search for help and other functions. Depending on your role, additional functions may be accessible, such as the ability to create a new map or work with the Administrator tools.

The My Assignments area
This section is where you will do most of your work within the IXIASOFT CCMS Web. While much of the functions of this area are described in depth elsewhere, here is a quick overview of some of its major features:
- the number in round brackets besides "My Assignments" denotes the number of objects that have been assigned for you to work on
- the first column depicts the topics, maps and collaborative review items that are assigned to you. In some cases they may not be locked by others, indicating that they are not in a state that is immediately editable by you. The are sortable by type.
- the "Context" column enables you to filter your assigned content alphabetically by context or title
- the third column displays the work state of a given object
- the "Due Date" column displays the deadline (if any) that an object needs to be worked on
- the fifth column displays the actions available to you for that content object. This may include the ability to revert a content object to its previous state, move it to the next workflow state, edit it, or to check it in to the repository.
