Important Notes

  • Install and upgrade documentation is available to current customers on the Downloads website.
  • This build includes Oxygen 26.1 for IXIA CCMS Web and supports up to Oxygen 25.1 for IXIA CCMS Desktop. Oxygen 26 is not supported for Desktop. The minimum version supported for Desktop is Oxygen XML Editor 21.

Bug Fixes

IXIA CCMS Web

  • [DEV-26761] A “Sorry, could not move” error sometimes appeared when trying to change a map to an end state such as Authoring:done. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26346] Filtering annotations for users with uppercase values in their login credentials did not work. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25555] The <userproperty type=”originalFilename”> value was not in the custom properties of a localized document which caused issues with some custom outputs. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25110] Resources files blocked the status change of the parent language manifest. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-24819] [DEV-20479] Users with uppercase values in their login credentials were unable to add or reply to annotations in collaborative reviews. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA CCMS Web

  • [DEV-26348] Custom values defined in system/conf/conditionaltext.xml did not appear as selections in IXIA CCMS Web. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26522] Pushing a map with structure changes automatically pushed all children at the same time. There is now a Push Dependencies slider in the Manage Instance dialog that allows users to push the children or not. The default setting for this slider can be managed in the /system/webplatform/configuration/web.platform.config.xml file. Contact MadCap IXIA CCMS Support for more information.

IXIA Output Generator

  • [DEV-26367] Translation manifests created from a snapshot did not contain all translated content in outputs. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26219] Build manifests did not retrieve the latest available map in unified localization. A configuration change is now possible in the output generator to retrieve the latest map. Contact MadCap IXIA CCMS Support for more information.

  • [DEV-26281] Generating a Collaborative Review with redline between language manifests failed. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26222] CCMS Web installer was adding unnecessary spaces in the accessrights.xml configuration file. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26207] A “Dependency checked out by Unknown User” error sometimes appeared when pushing a map and topics from a development branch to a delivery branch. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-26102] There was an issue with displaying online help when a topic is checked out. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25893] Sometimes the assignments page did not display assignments when it contained localized approvals. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25875] Maps that contained conkeyrefs failed to check in. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25812] The Insert DITA key dialog box did not function correctly for web links. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25762] The bulk action dialog box did not allow scrolling when there were many document selected. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25714] Creating an approval from a language manifest failed. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25709] Collaborative reviews for localized maps failed when the configuration used the [DEV-23208] fix to remove the reference to the DRM authoring containers. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25625] Large search result in map view Insert Objects dialog caused the dialog to freeze. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25572] There was a performance issue when opening large maps in Map Structure view. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25517] A “Sorry, could not check in” error sometimes appeared when updating images. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25509] Subject scheme maps with the elementdef element did not filter correctly. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25412] Maps with a <ph conkeyref> in <mainbooktitle> failed to check in. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25381] Sometimes an “Unexpected application error: minified react error 185” error appeared while working in Chrome. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25359] The context map selection dialog was slow when displaying a large number of items. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25355] On the My Outputs page, the datagrid did not update correctly for the number of In Progress and Completed outputs. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25316] Signing out of a Web browser session after the login was done via SSO showed “Logout failed” and “Refused to connect” errors in the browser development console. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25199] Working with maps with a lot of keys in Structure view sometimes had slow performance. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25159] An “Unable to move” error appeared when changing status of topics that contained a nonbreaking space entity. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25095] Renaming a DRM branch in CCMS Desktop failed to complete if the branch was created using CCMS Web or the REST API. This issue has been fixed for renames going forward. Renaming the versions that were previously created is still not possible, we will be delivering a script for these. Contact Support for more information.
  • [DEV-25014] Differences in revision management workflow caused incompatibilities between Desktop Legacy Localization and CCMS Web in some cases. An additional trigger has been provided.
  • [DEV-24934] Redline collaborative reviews for maps that contained a ditavalref failed. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-24332] Long titles in the Worklist and Favorites views did not display the full title. This issue has been fixed and the side panel is now resizable.
  • [DEV-23989] During an upgrade, customized system indexes were overwritten. This issue has been fixed and customizations for a system index will now be commented out so that they can be reapplied manually.
  • [DEV-22757] It was possible to add annotations to a CR after it was moved to Authoring:in discussion status. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA CCMS Desktop

  • [DEV-26455] Renaming a DRM version failed if the custom properties was missing the entry. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-20655] Auto-translation sometimes removed spaces before or after inline elements. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA Output Generator

  • [DEV-26075] Approvals created from language manifests did not render videos correctly. This issue has been fixed.
  • [DEV-25714] Generating a localization kit failed with a “An attempt is made to reference a node in a context where it does not exist” error message. This issue has been fixed.
