Main features – Improved Image management

Main Benefits

  • Faster and simpler processes to find or edit images
  • Fewer steps for writers when creating multi-format images
  • Users can create image directly from the hamburger menu. With the New Image dialog, users can add multiple formats and provide all the image properties (title, description, type, etc.).

Open Image from Topic

  • Users can open an image in the IXIA CCMS Image Editor directly from the image preview in the Topic Editor, instead of going through the Dependencies.

  • Additional search and display options in the Insert Image dialog to help users locate the right image faster. Switch from cards to grid view when searching for image to insert.

Display Image previews in datagrids

  • A preview column is available in the Assignments, Search Results, Map Structure view, Bulk Basket to help users locate the correct image they are looking for.

Make Push Map Children optional

Add datagrid to the Reuse/Conref dialog

  • The Reuse Content dialog now uses a datagrid to show the results of the search

Push Build Manifests with Maps

Main Benefits

  • Ensures that the new instances of maps also have new instances of the build manifests associated with the source maps

Feature Highlights

  • When a map is pushed to another branch where it does not yet exist (either via the Manage Instances or the Create New Instance actions), all build manifests associated with that map are also pushed to the branch.

Validate out of scope links in a Map

Main Benefits

  • Allows users to check rapidly if a map contains out-of-scope references
