Worklists

This is a brand-new feature enabling technical writers to create specific groups comprised of any users including subject matter experts, to easily share content and collaborate on various projects.

Taxonomy

With CCMS Web, technical writers can now take advantage of the same advanced taxonomy feature available in CCMS Desktop. Authors can effortlessly apply taxonomy terms to their content to make searching more consistent and intuitive in their delivery platforms.

Build Manifest Outputs

Now available in the web client, this powerful feature allows users to deliver multiple documents in various languages and output formats at the same time. It also makes it easier for authors to generate consistent output across document types.

Search Enhancement

Now available to all users, new powerful search features have been added in CCMS Web. Some of these elements include Configurable Search Indexes that provide system administrators with the ability to extend searching capabilities, and Search URL that permits users to easily bookmark or share search parameters with other users.

Map View Improvements

No more digging for additional information related to maps, as more information is now provided upfront in Map View. Users can also add multiple topics to a map and easily manage relationship tables.
