• [DEV-13475] For an image that was localized and set to Localization:done (or equivalent end status), editing the image in the authoring cycle and localizing it again did not show the updated image in the localization kit. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-13290] When releasing a topic, CCMS Desktop sometimes failed to check in the changes and the Revision History showed two release entries for one version. Instead of completing the release, an error message now appears stating “Cannot release: property isXmlDocumentModified is corrupted. Contact your System Administrator to send the logs to IXIASOFT and try the Release action again”. Users can click Help > Report CCMS Issue and have the logs sent to IXIASOFT.
• [DEV-12761] The auto-translate feature for the concurrent localization method sometimes incorrectly added English content to the localized topic. If a block element had an attribute change in authoring and its structure, such as the number of text elements, was different between the translation and the source, it would end up with only its inline elements auto-translated. This issue has been fixed and the entire block element is NOT auto-translated.
• [DEV-12759] When importing images into CCMS Desktop using File > Import > IXIASOFT CCMS > Import Images With Multiple Formats, the CCMS sometimes stopped working. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-12188] Users were unable to clone topics when the title contained < or & characters. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-11862] In a Standard deployment, users were able to publish a map without entering a tag even though tags were configured as mandatory in the system/conf/publishtags.xml configuration file. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6106] When importing SVG images that contained JPEG @xlink:href dependencies, the .jpeg files were renamed to .jpg. This caused an image error when viewing the topic in the oXygen editor. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-11364] In a DRM deployment, the Localize action failed but the Localization Results dialog box did not include an error message. The Error Log view showed a NullPointerException for SequentialLocalizationManagerService.getAllBranchedFromFilename. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-8881] When editing a topic from a map that used a Subject Scheme, the defined attributes sometimes did not appear as selections or existing attributes that were set displayed a “is not in the set of allowed values defined in the subject scheme “ error. These issues have been fixed.
• [DEV-8107] Editing a ditaval that had all conditions set to exclude changed the values back to include. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7675] In CCMS Desktop, the scroll bar was not available when opening a ditaval from the Ditaval view. In order to view the entire ditaval, users had to edit the ditaval. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6189] When performing a Validate Links action in DITA Map view, errors displayed the topic ID instead of the topic filename. This issue has been fixed and both are now displayed.
• [DEV-6019] If you opened one map in the DITA Map view and another map in the DITA Map Editor, it was not possible to set conditions in the DITA Map view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-3611] Sometimes the localization auto-translation feature had content with a parent element set to translate=”no” and a child element set to translate=”yes”. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-3214] When cloning a topic that had a cross-reference to itself and the topic had a different ID and filename, the cross-reference in the cloned topic did not have the correct ID. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2639] Users were unable to perform a spellcheck on a map using a MAC computer. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-10985] When trying to move a topic from an end state to a working state, an error message appeared saying a map in a different DRM version was locked and preventing the status change. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-10174] If a user added new images to a DRM branch using CCMS Web while another user was working in the same branch in CCMS Desktop, the images were not visible to the user using CCMS Desktop. This issue is fixed.
• [DEV-10504] Some assignments for Collaborative Review objects were either greyed out or were not displayed in CCMS Web. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-2608] When a main map had a subject scheme map, the subject scheme map showed up in the reltable editor and it wasn’t possible to remove it or to add a reltable. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2793] After localizing an image that had already been localized, the older revision of image still appeared when opening the image after the localization. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2794] When viewing a revision of a localized image that had been localized more than once, the image was displayed but changed the current revision. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2926] It was not possible to drag and drop an element that was not a <topicref> in the DITA Map view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-3532] In a non-DRM deployment, users were unable to merge a branched map that contained a key in a reltable. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-4904] For concurrent localization, the exported XLIFF file contained content in <g> tags instead of the <trans-unit> tags. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-10503] When an image was imported and inserted into a topic, the image was not resolved when the topic was opened. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-9131] When refactoring a map with an associated Build Manifest, the Build Manifest became invalid because the mapref no longer existed in the DRM container. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-9878] Changing the primary version of an object in the authoring cycle did not update the version for the corresponding objects in the localization cycle. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-9899] When doing a DRM Synchronize between two versions and selecting Merge In > Compare for a conflicted topic, whitespace differences were highlighted. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-10302] When cloning a DRM version, if an issue was encountered due to a change in roles, the clone operation failed with an “Operation cancelled” error message. This issue has been fixed and the clone operation completes.

• [DEV-9606] When changing the assignment of a document, users were unable to do the reassignment in one action. Users had to clear the current assignee, click OK, set the new assignee, and click OK. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-9440] When the lock method in the system/conf/accessrights.xml configuration file used the use-specialization=”true” attribute, an error appeared when trying to lock an image or a resource. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-8763] Sometimes a null pointer error appeared when trying to view the dependencies of an object. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-8267] Users were unable to create snapshots for maps with out-of-scope links when bulk selecting the maps. The action was successful when selecting one map at a time. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-8201] CCMS Desktop sometimes had performance issues when opening a map in the Oxygen editor with resolved topics. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7724] When a topic was opened in the editor, the Oxygen integration plugin requested resource files from TEXTML which created extra processing load on TEXTML. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6938] When adding a new taxonomy term with a space in the Human Readable term field of the Create New Term dialog box, the key was created with a space which was invalid. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-8490] Keydef entries were sometimes missing from DRM containerparts. This issue only occurred if the user had previously edited the containerpart in the editor which synched it to their workspace. When the user performed a subsequent DRM action that added a key to the containerpart, the update was made to TEXTML correctly but it was not added to the local copy in the workspace. When the user did another update to the same containerpart, the copy from the workspace was used which was missing the key. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-9398] When generating output from a snapshot using the FluidTopics output format, the content/releases/ collection was not extracted from TEXTML which caused an error. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-6756] The IXIA CCMS Web installation program does not support the following characters in the password as clear text: & ‘ “. These characters can be used if the password is encrypted.

IXIA CCMS DESKTOP

• [DEV-5878] The Prepare Localization Kit fails if it is configured to generate an output (enabled by default) using DITA OT 2.5.4. Contact IXIA CCMS Support for assistance with a workaround.
• [DEV-6106] When importing SVG images that contain JPEG @xlink:href dependencies, the .jpeg files are renamed to .jpg. This causes an image error when viewing the topic in the oXygen editor. The workaround is to edit the SVG image to use a .jpg extension.

• [DEV-8358] When using incremental localization in a DRM deployment, maps were not set to Localization:review status even though topics in the map were correctly set to Localization:tb translated. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-8274] When importing content that was exported from the CCMS and contains self-references, an “Unable to import dita file: File contains unresolved references” error appeared. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-8113] When the CCMS Desktop was unable to correctly read the system/conf/ditavalfolders.xml file, the Ditaval view moved all ditavals from their original subfolders to the root folder. This issue has been fixed and the ditavals are no longer moved. If you have experienced this issue please contact Customer Support.
• [DEV-7947] If the default language in the system/conf/languages.xml file was set to English and you had multiple English languages defined, the CCMS randomly selected one of them as the default when creating topics. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7775] If a map with a subject scheme was open in DITA Map view, CCMS Desktop experienced performance issues when editing topics. Performance sometimes improved if the Show Profiling Attributes in the editor was disabled. If a topic contained a keyref to a key defined in a different map from the one that was open, performance would degrade and a stuck Operation In Progress dialog box would appear. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7523] When a user selected some text in a topic and clicked Link > Related Link to Topic on the right-click menu and then selected the Key option, only the topics open in the editor were displayed instead of all topics in the map that was open in DITA Map view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7384] If you had a topic open in the editor window and did a change status on that topic from a done state to a work state, an error message appeared in the editor stating that the file did not exist. Closing and reopening the topic cleared the error message. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7172] Topics were not resolved in the oXygen editor when right-clicking a map and selecting Open With > XML Editor with resolved topics. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-5766] When a topic was assigned to a reviewer and had a due date set, the date dropped by one day when you added additional reviewers. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-5655] When trying to publish a localized map, a “Cannot publish” error dialog box appeared with an empty Description field. This happened when the language code included a capital letter. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-5647] When creating a new object, clicking the Save Settings button did not save the labels that were applied. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2793] When viewing a revision of a localized image that had been localized more than once, the incorrect image was displayed. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-7364] If two users were configured with the same name and email address but with a different domain or username and one was active=”false”, assignments were not correctly displayed in IXIA CCMS Web. This issue has been fixed and users set to active=”false” are ignored.
• [DEV-7356] Force track changes did not work when multiple authoring states were configured for the same role. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7190] Collaborative Review notifications were being sent to reviewers after a review was marked as done. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7039] Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge displayed some icons, for example, the Revert icon, as very large. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6980] In IXIA CCMS Web, moving a topic to Authoring:complete (or equivalent status) created a blank Revision History entry that was visible in IXIA CCMS Desktop. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-6941] When creating maps and topics in IXIA CCMS Web, the configured attribute initial=”true” in map_status.xml and topic_status.xml was ignored. This caused the documents to be created with the wrong status. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6853] IXIA CCMS Web was not able to open a map that referenced a subject scheme with empty keys. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6734] The Collaborative Review in IXIA CCMS Web did not display text contained within <draft-comment> or <required-cleanup> elements. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-6717] When a topic was edited in IXIA CCMS Web, the XML was always reformatted to pretty-printed. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-6555 The CCMS Web displayed a blank screen when logging in if a user had an orphan topic assigned to them. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6482] If a topic was created in IXIA CCMS Desktop, it was not editable in IXIA CCMS Web. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6480] When creating a topic in IXA CCMS Web and then trying to add it to a different map using IXIA CCMS Desktop, sometimes a “Cannot add object to the map” error appeared. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6363] In IXIA CCMS Web, changing the filtering of assignments between maps and topics did not display the correct assignments in Internet Explorer. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6213] In IXIA CCMS Web, performing a Move on a Collaborative Review removed it from the list of assignments but the number of assignments was not updated. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6018] When map templates included auto-generated topics in IXIA CCMS Web, topics were created but they were not automatically assigned. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-4639] After editing a topic that contained conkeyrefs in IXIA CCMS Web, IXIA CCMS Desktop did not display the correct child dependencies in the Dependencies view. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA CCMS DESKTOP

• [DEV-7692] The upgrade ditaval conversion script did not retain the <revprop> element. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7677] The IXIA CCMS Desktop installation package did not support PowerShell 1.0 or 2.0. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7676] The trigger to check for out-of-scope map links did not run when a map was a child dependency of a build manifest. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7572] The strictParaConstraint.mod and strictSectionConstraint.mod IXIASOFT DTD plugins for DITA 1.2 had an error which caused a The element type “text” was already specified in the content model of the element decl “ph” error to appear when creating topics. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7246] There is a change in behaviour with the debug logs for IXIA CCMS Desktop. When starting IXIA CCMS Desktop, the DITA_CMS.log file is now always created and contains warnings and errors. When starting IXIA CCMS Desktop in debug mode, a new log called DITA_CMS-[date].log is created and contains the debug information.
• [DEV-7223] A map that contained an empty key would not load in DITA Map view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7179] When generating output on a snapshot, the Ditaval dialog box was blank and did not list existing ditavals. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-7174] When re-importing an image that had a filename extension change, for example from .jpg to .png, the existing image in the CCMS was not overwritten. It was created as a new image object. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7055] When using an entity declaration, such as nbsp, in a map title, the map failed to open in DITA Map view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-7009] Copying content in a topic and then using the right-click Paste Special > Paste as link (keyref) menu option displayed a “Could not find mapped key for dropped resource” error. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6935] It was not possible to customize the DITA Map view menu using the eclipseui.xml configuration file. This issue has been fixed and submenu items can now be removed.
• [DEV-6848] In standard deployments, the Resolve Keys button in DITA Map view was not functional. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-6839] When double-clicking an entry in the Revision History, IXIA CCMS Desktop did not display the correct revision. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-6754] When branching a reused topic in different maps and using the same branch tag, duplicate branched topics were created in the authoring cycle. This issue has been fixed and only one branched topic is created.
• [DEV-6682] If an outputclass was defined for a taxonomy term, the outputclass was removed when editing the term via the Taxonomy view. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-5867] For the concurrent localization method, if the localization kit was configured to export objects with the status Localization:review and if the status Localization:review was configured to have Localization:tb translated as the next state, the Prepare Kit action moved objects from Localization:review to Localization:tb translated. This issue has been fixed and the objects remain at Localization:review.
• [DEV-2288] For the concurrent localization method, pre-localization kits did not set the translate=”yes” attribute correctly. This issue has been fixed.
• [DEV-2105] When a topic title contained a keyref and did not include any text, a snapshot of the map was able to be created without error, but a “Title cannot be null or empty” error was displayed when trying to publish or branch the snapshot. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA DYNAMIC RELEASE MANAGEMENT

• [DEV-5543] Renaming a DRM version required all content within the version to be lockable. This issue has been fixed and DRM versions with content at Authoring:done can now be renamed.
• [DEV-3696] In DRM deployments, when a topic title contained a keyref and did not include any text, a “Title cannot be null or empty” error was displayed when trying to create a version from a tag that contained the topic. This issue has been fixed.

IXIA OUTPUT GENERATOR

• [DEV-6868] When using a high DPI monitor, the Generate Output dialog box did not show all available selections. This was a Known Issue and has been fixed.
• [DEV-6755] When generating an output, the ditaval was missing the processing instruction <?ixiasoft.ditaval.title ?> and <?ixiasoft.ditaval.description ?>. This issue has been fixed.

• [DEV-7052] TEXTML was case sensitive when checking the login domain for a user. If a user locked a map or topic using an all lowercase domain and then logged in using an all uppercase domain, the IXIA CCMS Web would hang when loading the My Assignments Page. This issue has been fixed.
