An assignment is an object, such as a topic or Collaborative Review, that was assigned to you to complete some work on. The 割り当てのロード page shows what objects you have in progress and what the due dates are.

Note: To update the information displayed within the 割り当てのロード page, click the 最新の状態に更新 button in your browser.

The assignment becomes active when the object is in the correct status for the role that you were given. For example, if you are assigned to a topic as a contributor, the assignment becomes active when the topic is in コントリビューター status (or the equivalent in your deployment).

The ダッシュボード area

The ダッシュボード area summarizes how many assignments you have and critical information about them.

Here are the main features within the ダッシュボード area on the 割り当てのロード page:

Feature Description
割り当てのロード counter The number in round brackets denotes the number of objects that have been assigned for you to work on.
ダッシュボード chart A chart showing the different types of objects assigned to you. Clicking the name of an object type sorts your 割り当てのリスト to show all the objects of that type. Clicking it again removes the filter.
割り当てのチェックアウト icon How many objects are checked out by you. Clicking this filters the 割り当てのリスト for all the objects checked out by you.
締切りが来ている割り当て icon The number of assignments that are due or past due. Clicking this filters the 割り当てのリスト for all assignments that are past their due or due soon.

割り当てのリスト

The 割り当てのリスト shows all the objects assigned to you in a ダイナミック Grid. When an object is assigned to you and in the correct status, it becomes an active assignment and appears here.

You can customize the ダイナミック Grid to see the information that is most important to you. The last column shows you all the available actions that you can take on the assignment, such as whether you can edit or move it.
