Remote access server hardware requirements

Servers used in a remote access solution have specific hardware requirements that are tied to the number of users.

Area	Requirement
Memory	1.5 GB of RAM per concurrent user. The full block of memory must be accessible to the client at runtime or it will not start.
CPU	4x CPU for up to 10 users, with approximately 2x CPU for each additional 10 users This may vary depending on the nature of each user’s ongoing tasks.
Disk space	2 GB per user
