Accept individual changes in a topic

This procedure lets you accept the changes to individual lines of revised text.

Note: The Accept Change option is not available until your cursor is placed on a revision.
  1. Open the topic in your XMetaL editor.
  2. Place your cursor on a line of revised text.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Press CTRL+A.
    • On the XML Document Reviewing toolbar, click the Accept Current Change button (accept change icon).
    • Right-click, then select Reviewing > Accept Change.
Change marks are removed from the selected text.
