Share saved queries

You can share both personal and TEXTML queries.

Queries can be shared with any of the configured roles or groups on your Content Store.

1. In the Queries panel of the Search view, open the appropriate item:
   • Personal, or
   • Personal TEXTML
2. Right-click a query and select Share queryname.
   The Share query with... dialog appears.
3. Select the Roles and Groups you want to share the query with.
4. Click OK.

The people who belong to the Groups and/or Roles you specified will see the query under their Shared > Personal or Shared > Personal TEXTML item.

If you are a member of any of these groups, you'll also see the query in that place.
