Run a personal query

Once you have saved a set of parameters as a query, you can quickly load them in the Search view.

Prerequisites:

Before attempting this procedure, create a query.

To run a personal query:
  1. Open the Queries panel of the Search view.
  2. Expand the Personal node.
    Your saved searches are displayed.
  3. Right-click the required query and select Load queryname, where queryname is the query's name.

    The search parameters are loaded into the various panels of the Search view.
  4. Optional: Modify the search parameters if necessary.
  5. Click the Search button.
    The Search Results view displays the documents returned by your query.
